1. First, follow the instructions provided by the printer manufacturer to turn your printer on - we suggest using the Epson TM M30 Bluetooth Printer (click here for information).
  2. Plug your printer in to turn it on, and then visit the settings on the tablet that will be running the employee app.
  3. In the Bluetooth settings of your tablet, select and pair your device with the Bluetooth printer name:

Once connected, open your employee app and look for the two circles on the lower righthand side of the app. Those two circles indicate the connectivity status of your credit card reader and printer. If the printer is connected the circle will be blue, and if searching/disconnected the circle will be gray.

Once the circle is blue and confirming that your specific printer type (in the example above it is connected to an Epson TM-M30), you are all set!
